The next National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is Saturday\, October 25 from 10 am to 2 pm at multiple locations across Napa County. \nDuring these biannual events\, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration teams up with local police departments\, the Napa County Sheriff’s Office\, and other partners to host safe drop-off sites for unwanted medications. \nResidents are encouraged to bring their unused or expired over the counter and prescription medications\, as well as home-generated medical sharps\, to one of several collection locations throughout Napa County.
